When a merchant installs or uses the app, we may access or process information needed to provide the app's customization features, including:
- Shopify store domain and app session information.
- Product information required to configure customizable products.
- Shopify file references used for product and packaging blanks.
- Images, logos, and preview files uploaded by storefront customers.
- Custom line item properties attached to carts and orders.
2. How We Use Information
We use the information we process to:
- Provide product logo customization and preview functionality.
- Store customer-uploaded design assets for order fulfillment.
- Attach customization links or files to carts and orders.
- Operate, maintain, secure, and improve the app.
- Provide technical support to merchants.
3. File Storage and Third-Party Services
Customer-uploaded images and generated previews may be stored using Cloudflare R2 or similar infrastructure providers. These files are used to support product preview, order fulfillment, and merchant access to uploaded artwork.
We do not sell personal information. We only share information with service providers when necessary to operate the app or comply with legal obligations.
4. Data Retention
We retain app-related data only for as long as needed to provide the service, support merchants, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain business records. Uploaded assets may be retained for order fulfillment unless deletion is requested or the files are no longer needed.
5. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information processed by the app. However, no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
6. Merchant and Customer Rights
Merchants or customers may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information processed by the app, subject to applicable law and Shopify platform requirements. Merchants may also uninstall the app at any time from their Shopify admin.
