Logo Customizer: Design Studio helps Shopify merchants configure customizable product and packaging previews, collect customer-uploaded artwork, and attach design files to carts and orders for fulfillment.
2. Merchant Responsibilities
Merchants are responsible for:
- Configuring products, templates, and app blocks correctly.
- Reviewing customer-uploaded artwork before production.
- Ensuring uploaded content complies with applicable laws.
- Maintaining accurate product, pricing, and fulfillment information.
3. Customer Uploads and Content
Customers may upload logos, images, or design files through the storefront customizer. Merchants are responsible for determining whether submitted content is suitable for printing, production, or fulfillment. We do not claim ownership of merchant or customer content.
4. Billing, Cancellation, and Refunds
If the app includes paid plans, billing is handled through Shopify. Merchants may cancel by uninstalling the app from their Shopify admin. Refund requests are reviewed according to Shopify billing rules and our support process.
5. Third-Party Services
The app may use third-party infrastructure providers, including file storage and hosting services, to operate core features. Your use of Shopify remains governed by Shopify's own terms and policies.
6. Service Availability
We aim to keep the app reliable and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, platform changes, network issues, or third-party service outages may affect availability.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or production errors resulting from use of the app.
